Privacy policy

Lunaclash is an Axie Infinity platform fighter in development. This page covers this website, lunaclash.gg, and the game's closed test at play.lunaclash.gg, which only Sky Mavis Google Workspace accounts can play. It says what we collect, why, and who else handles it. We don't sell your data, show ads or use analytics.

This website

lunaclash.gg sets no cookies and runs no analytics. As with any website, our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the page.

Signing in with Google

The game asks you to sign in with Google. Google then tells us your account's email address, whether Google has verified it, your Google Workspace domain and your name. We use these only to check that you are signed in with a Sky Mavis account and to show which account is signed in. We ask Google for basic sign-in only, so we cannot see your email, your files or anything else in your Google account.

We don't keep your email address or name on our servers. Your browser keeps a sign-in cookie that holds your email address and when the sign-in ends, sealed so it cannot be altered. It lasts up to seven days, and signing out deletes it. If an account isn't allowed in, no cookie is set.

Lunaclash's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

My Axies (optional)

To fight with your own Axies, you can connect a Ronin Wallet. You sign a message to prove the wallet is yours; we see its public address and look up the Axies it holds through Sky Mavis's API. Your browser keeps a token for that sign-in, and our servers don't store your address. We never ask for your keys or recovery phrase, and nothing in your wallet is ever moved or spent.

Name calls

The announcer can call your Axie by its name. To make a call, we send the Axie's name to ElevenLabs, a voice service, and keep the recording with the Axie's ID and name in our storage so the game can play it. Axie names and IDs are already public on the Axie Infinity Marketplace.

Playing online

To find you an opponent, our matchmaking service sees your connection's IP address while it searches. A match then connects your browser directly to your opponent's, so each of you can see the other's IP address; when a direct connection isn't possible, the match is relayed through Cloudflare. If you have connected a wallet, your opponent's game receives its address and shows a shortened form of it as your player name. Matchmaking keeps only what a search, a friend lobby or a dropped match needs while it lasts, then deletes it.

On your device

The game keeps your settings, your replays and your wallet sign-in in your browser's storage, on your device only. Clearing your browser's data for play.lunaclash.gg removes them.

Who handles data for us
